Shofar Bible College

We currently offer Associate, Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate Degrees in Ministry, Christian Education, Christian Counseling, and Theology!

Associate

Associates Degree programs candidates must have completed high school or a GED equivalent. Students must provide diploma(s) and transcript(s) to Shofar Bible College within 30 days of admission. Those whom have not completed high school may apply to the Horn of Salvation Ministries Inc. Empowerment Center to complete their studies. They will be allowed to take bible college courses but will not be issued a degree until their high school credits have been earned.

Bachelor

Bachelor Degree program candidates must have completed an associate’s degree program of at least 60 semester credit hours or experience credit and semester credit hours that equate to 60 semester credit hours. Candidates must provide diploma(s) or transcript(s) to Shofar Bible College within 30 days of admission. Candidates must also submit resume, ordination paper work, minister’s license etc. These documents will be used to determine life experience credit. Candidates from member schools will be accepted.

 

Master

Master Degree program candidates must have completed a bachelor degree program of at least 120 semester credit hours or experience credit and semester credit hours that equate to 120 semester credit hours. Candidates must provide diploma(s) or transcript(s) to Shofar Bible College within 30 days of admission. Candidates must also submit resume, ordination paper work, minister’s license etc. These documents will be used to determine life experience credit. Master students must submit a five-hundred-word personal statement and three letters of recommendation (one must be a clergy member). Candidates from member schools will be accepted.

Doctorate

Doctoral Degree program candidates must have completed a Master degree program of at least 30 semester credit hours or experience credit hours and semester credit hours that equate to 30 semester credit hours. Candidates must provide diploma(s) or transcript(s) to Shofar Bible College within 30 days of admission. Candidates must also submit resume, ordination paper work, minister’s license etc. These documents will be used to determine life experience credit. Doctoral students must submit a five-hundred-word personal statement and three letters of recommendation (one must be a clergy member). Candidates from member schools will be accepted.
